BUSINESS PREPAREDNESS PLANNING
Businesses are constantly having to react to changing market conditions, emergencies of varying levels and scales, productivity challenges when team members are away or out sick, natural or man made disasters and more. The key to reducing the impact of these challenges is Preparedness. When you find yourself in a challenging situation, it is time to revisit your Business Plan, which is meant to be a dynamic document and upkept, not something that sits dusty on a shelf. If you haven't looked at your Business Plan lately, now is the time! And, if you are just starting your business and have not yet created a business plan, we recommend you start today. Here is a link to the Small Business Administration's website to hep you get started.
